Lets Go Back To Bed (2023)
Digital Prints on acid free paper
Dimension Varied.
“Let’s go back to bed”, is comprised of 2 parts. The first is a site specific installation within Supperhouse’s central wooden interior, and secondly a zine that could be read in accompaniment to the installation.
The body of work, contemplates the symbolism of door arches and its’ articulation of ideas surrounding a threshold, signifying a body crossing from one ‘space’ into the next. The installation consisting of images scattered across the arches of this transitional structure, serving as ‘post-its’ or reminder of the sentimentality engraved within it. Whilst the accompanying zine, servers as an activation text, situating the body in front of a doorway - rumination on the shifting of landscapes from one material surface into the next, thinking about the body and its embedded anxieties towards change.
